- Use appropriate language in all communications
- Honor commitments and show up on time
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment: Any form of verbal, physical, or online harassment
- Discrimination: Based on gender, religion, caste, ethnicity, disability, or any protected characteristic
- Fraud: Fake profiles, false information, or deceptive practices
- Inappropriate Content: Sharing offensive, explicit, or harmful content
- Illegal Activities: Any conduct that violates local, state, or national laws
- Platform Manipulation: Fake reviews, artificial ratings, or gaming the system
- Privacy Violations: Sharing others' personal information without consent
4. Safety Guidelines
For Students:
- Always meet employers in safe, public locations when possible
- Share your job location with a trusted friend or family member
- Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, leave and report it
- Don't share personal information beyond what's necessary
- Use the in-app chat for communication
For Employers:
- Provide accurate job descriptions and expectations
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Respect students' time and boundaries
- Pay fairly and promptly for completed work
- Communicate clearly about task requirements
5. Quality Standards
For Students:
- Only accept jobs you're confident you can complete
- Communicate promptly if issues arise
- Complete tasks to the best of your ability
- Be honest about your skills and availability
- Respect the employer's property and privacy
For Employers:
- Provide clear, accurate job descriptions
- Set realistic expectations and deadlines
- Respond promptly to applications and messages
- Give constructive, honest feedback
- Report issues through proper channels
6. Reviews and Ratings
Honest feedback helps our community grow:
- Write truthful, constructive reviews
- Base ratings on actual experience
- Don't offer or accept incentives for positive reviews
- Report suspicious or fake reviews
- Respond professionally to feedback received
7. Communication Standards
When communicating on Jobnobs:
- Keep conversations professional and task-related
- Don't share contact information to bypass the platform
- Respond to messages in a timely manner
- Use respectful language at all times
- Report any inappropriate messages immediately
8. Consequences of Violations
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations
- Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations
- Legal Action: For illegal activities or severe misconduct
We review each case individually and may take action at our discretion.
9. Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience a violation:
- Use the in-app "Report" feature on any profile, message, or job
- Contact us at support@jobnobs.com for urgent matters
- Provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots
- We investigate all reports and maintain confidentiality
